Efficient, reliable (turned up on time and did what was agreed), provided complimentary cutting back of tree hanging over gutter and took before and after photos of roof/gutter. Also informed me about roof tiles/hitters/down pipes but never made me feel he was trying to sell other services.

What a pleasure to deal with Sunil, a person who is considerate to his clients and "potential clients", professional in the way he conducts his business and so flexible in order to accommodate the needs of his clients. I rang today, wanting a quote and within half an hour he had managed to allow a little time in his busy day for him to come (even though i was to be out) and clean my gutters.
