What a pleasure to deal with Sunil, a person who is considerate to his clients and "potential clients", professional in the way he conducts his business and so flexible in order to accommodate the needs of his clients. Efficient, reliable (turned up on time and did what was agreed), provided complimentary cutting back of tree hanging over gutter and took before and after photos of roof/gutter. Also informed me about roof tiles/hitters/down pipes but never made me feel he was trying to sell other services.
